Shipping Policy

Every kit is handmade to order. Plaster pieces need time to cure before they ship, so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be made and mailed.

We ship within the continental United States only, using USPS Ground Advantage from Florida. Shipping is a flat $6.00 USPS rate plus a $3.00 handling fee for packing materials and labor.

Free local pickup is available in Lehigh Acres, FL. Choose Local pickup at checkout and we'll text you to arrange a time.

Need it sooner? Rush handling is available for $30 for orders that must mail within 6 to 8 days. Nothing ships faster than that unless it is already in stock.

Once your order ships, delivery times are set by USPS. We aren't responsible for carrier delays, but we're happy to help if there's a problem. For large or party favor orders, see our Bulk Orders page.
