Can I choose my paint colors?

Yes! Color choices are available on select kits. Please check the product listing or contact us about custom color requests.

Can I order custom figures?

Custom requests are welcome! Ask us about available molds, themes, quantities, pricing, and production time before placing your order.

Do you offer birthday party favors?

Yes! We offer party favor options and bulk orders. Please allow at least 14 days of advance notice. Rush handling is $30 if the order must mail in 6 to 8 days. Plaster needs drying time, and nothing ships faster unless it is already in stock.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time and shipping time are different. Standard kits take about 10 business days to process, while custom and larger orders can take longer. Shipping estimates depend on the carrier and destination.

Will my kit look exactly like the photos?

Photos are real-life examples. Paint shades may vary, and handmade plaster pieces may have minor imperfections because all items are handmade.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size and is the actual cost charged to us. Florida sales tax is added at checkout.

Allow about 10 business days for processing, plus shipping time after that.
