Because every kit is handmade and many are personalized, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

If anything is wrong with your order, such as a broken piece, a missing item, or the wrong kit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include your name, your order details, and a photo of the problem, and we'll work with you to make it right.
